Job Summary The Corporate Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all procurement activities across our 7-state operations. This strategic role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing complex supply chains, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and ensuring the consistent availability of high-quality goods and services critical to our inflight catering business Experience Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a Senior Managerial role Proven experience in a multi-location, multi-state procurement environment is essential. Prior experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or airline catering industry is highly desirable and will be given preference Demonstrated experience in managing procurement budgets of significant scale (e.g., Rs 50 Cr+ annually). Key Responsibilites Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers based on stringent quality, reliability, and cost criteria. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to secure the best value for the company. Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to order placement, delivery, and payment. Ensure timely and efficient procurement of all necessary raw materials (food ingredients, beverages, packaging), equipment, uniforms, consumables, and services required for inflight catering operations across all locations. Implement and manage procurement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations to optimize stock holding and minimize waste. Identify opportunities for cost savings through bulk purchasing and alternative sourcing. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations (food safety, aviation standards), and legal requirements. Work closely with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to ensure all procured items meet stringent quality and safety standards Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on procurement performance, challenges, and opportunities.
