Cashier/Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately, both in person and over the phone, when required.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.
• Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Answer questions about menu items, prices, ingredients, and available promotions.
• Assist customers with order modifications and special requests.
• Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier counter and service area.
• Assist with packing takeout and delivery orders when needed.
• Reconcile the cash drawer and report any payment discrepancies.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
