Job Description

Transaction Processing : Accurately receive and process payments via cash, checks, credit cards, or digital methods for vehicle purchases, service repairs, parts sales, and warranty claims. Billing & Invoicing : Generate and review invoices for services rendered, ensuring all charges are correctly applied and documented. Customer Interaction : Greet customers warmly, address inquiries regarding billing, services, or vehicle status, and provide information on promotions or service packages. Cash Management : Maintain and reconcile cash drawers, prepare daily cash reports, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions. Refunds & Adjustments : Process refunds for returned merchandise or services, adhering to dealership policies and ensuring customer satisfaction. Record Keeping : Maintain organized records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration : Work closely with service advisors, sales teams, and accounting departments to ensure seamless operations and accurate billing. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
