Role: Cashier – 5 No’s Responsible for managing all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently at the billing counter. Ensure a smooth checkout experience while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Deliverables Handle cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other payment transactions efficiently. Ensure the billing process is smooth, fast, and error-free, especially during peak hours. We will give Training, Maintain and update daily cash report and sales data. Check for product codes, pricing accuracy, and offer details while billing. Ensure the billing counter is never left unattended – arrange for immediate support if stepping away. Smile and greet every customer; ensure they leave with a pleasant experience even if they faced delays elsewhere in the store. Handle product return and exchange billing accurately, as per company process. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing area at all times.
