Cash & Bank Design solution Lead

As a C&B Design Solution Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining compensation and benefits solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having strong expertise in SAP FI modules such as AP/AR, In-House Cash & BCM (FSCM), and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) - Demonstrating knowledge of O2C process and FI integration with FSCM - Possessing basic understanding of CO, Cash Management, and Cost/Profit Centre structures - Showcasing strong soft skills including communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs to vendors - Previous experience working with global teams will be an added advantage You must have the following skills: - Strong SAP FI expertise including AP/AR - In-depth knowledge of In-House Cash & BCM (FSCM) and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) - Familiarity with O2C process and FI integration with FSCM Additionally, the following skills are good to have: - Basic understanding of CO and Cash Management - Knowledge of Cost/Profit Centre structures Your soft skills should include: - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to effectively translate business needs to vendors - Experience in collaborating with global teams.,
