● Sales Execution Execute sales target through regular visit to detailing studios Acquire new detailers in the region, find detailers respective to various brands Ensure sales of higher value products Promote and demonstrate products, ensuring that partners are knowledgeable about offerings ● Sales Strategy Create and implement territory sales plans aligned with company goals Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities ● Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners Serve as the primary point of contact for trade clients, addressing their needs and concerns Rebuild relationship and value add to detailers who are not purchasing with us from some time Provide training and support to trade partners on product features and benefits Assist partners in developing effective merchandising and promotional strategies

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers

· Order Management on Uniware, Order Punching, Processing, Invoice and E-way Bill Creation. · Coordinate with sales team for Order and Customer details and logistics partners for smooth order dispatch process. · Coordinating with the courier agencies for order deliveries & sales returns · Coordinating with the sales team and accounts team regarding payment and invoices · Carry out website backend operation work such as order management on our website, punch order in website. · All platform E-com order management, packing & dispatching · Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. · Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. · Communicating and coordinating with internal stake holders as necessary. · Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. · Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support as per company policy · Generate customer reviews and testimonials · Reporting as per company policy as and when needed

Maintain and update general ledger and accounting records Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payments Manage accounts payable and receivable Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Generate financial reports for internal and external use Support audits (internal and external)

Key Responsibilities:Visit potential customers in assigned areas to promote and sell products/services Generate leads and achieve sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients Collect and report market feedback, customer needs, and competitor activity Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation Prepare daily reports and update CRM/sales tools Requirements:Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, Telecom, Retail, etc.) Good communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license Basic understanding of MS Office or mobile sales apps Self-motivated and target-oriented

· Install and commission car detailing machines (steamers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, polishers, etc.). · Set up lighting systems, electrical panels, and workstations as per studio layout. · Conduct routine preventive maintenance of studio equipment to avoid downtime. · Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery or infrastructure issues during or after setup. · Ensure correct calibration and safety compliance of machines. · Maintain tools, spares, and documentation for each site visit. · Train on-ground staff or franchise partners on basic operation and care of machines. · Submit visit reports and equipment status updates to the central team. · Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and service requests post-installation.
