Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team at Modkraft Kitchens, specializing in modular kitchen and interior design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in furniture and modular kitchen installation, woodwork, and interior fittings, with an eye for precision and quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wooden components for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture.
• Read and interpret design drawings, layouts, and blueprints.
• Install kitchen cabinets, shutters, hardware, and fittings at client sites.
• Repair, finish, and polish wooden surfaces as required.
• Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace.
• Ensure safety standards and quality workmanship at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in modular furniture or interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and woodworking techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work on-site when required.
• Minimum experience: 2–5 years preferred.

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Carpentry or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary:

• Based on skills and experience. (Negotiable)
