Strong knowledge of cargo stowage, vessel operations, and port logistics is essential, as well as familiarity with different cargo types and handling procedures. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and address operational challenges. Additionally, the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on vessel schedules is necessary. Proficiency in MS Office and terminal operating systems (TOS) will be beneficial for carrying out your responsibilities effectively.,
