Role Overview: You are being offered the opportunity to join Feliz Health as a Female Caregiver for their Concierge Medical Service in Kolkata. Your role will involve supporting patients during medical visits, diagnostic tests, and hospital admissions by providing caregiver assistance and accompanying them during transportation. It is preferred that you have previous experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals or clinics. Key Responsibilities: - Accompany patients to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and doctor consultations - Provide basic support and guidance during medical visits - Assist patients with check-in processes and paperwork, if required - Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff, and family members - Ensure the comfort and safety of patients during transit and appointments - Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor throughout Qualification Required: - Female candidates only (age group: 21-35 preferred) - Background in healthcare roles like hospital receptionist, patient coordinator, nursing assistant, or similar - Fluent in Bengali and Hindi; basic English understanding is a plus - Well-groomed, polite, and confident in communicating with patients and medical staff - Must be comfortable with local travel within Kolkata - Flexible with working hours based on patient appointments Salary and Benefits: The salary offered for this position ranges from 12,000 to 18,000 per month based on experience. In addition to the salary, you will also receive benefits such as travel allowance, provided training, and performance incentives. Please note that this is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 01/05/2025.
