Counseling & Client Engagement: Provide expert guidance to students on studying abroad, ensuring they receive end-to-end support in university selection, visa processing, and cultural adaptation. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion: Identify and establish new branches, particularly in high-potential regions, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. International Collaborations: Develop and manage partnerships with foreign institutions in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada, with a particular focus on the European market and Germany to enhance student placement opportunities. Team Leadership & Performance Management: Train, mentor, and manage a team of counselors and sales executives, setting and achieving performance goals. Marketing & Brand Positioning: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities, organize educational fairs, and enhance brand visibility. Operational Excellence: Optimize branch and remote operations, ensure adherence to industry best practices, and drive high client satisfaction. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and provide strategic insights to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 8+ years of experience in sales or business development, in overseas higher education. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and managing multi-location teams.
