Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Bahadurgarh. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and their parents, providing detailed information about our offerings, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments for consultations or trial classes. Additional duties include maintaining accurate call logs, following up on leads, and achieving daily call targets. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience and ability to handle inquiries professionally Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call management systems Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure Fluency in English and Hindi Previous experience in an educational institution or related field is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
