Care Supporting Assistant

• Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Mobility Support: Assisting with safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation. Household Tasks: Performing light housekeeping duties like dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation. Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed. Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in conversations, and participating in activities to promote social interaction and mental well-being. Monitoring and Reporting: Observing and reporting any changes in the client's physical or mental condition to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional. Emergency Response: Recognizing and responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent situations. Maintaining a Safe Environment: Ensuring the client's home or living space is clean, safe, and free from hazards. Following Care Plans: Adhering to specific care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals or supervisors. Transportation: Providing transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, observations, and any incidents. Communication: Effectively communicating with clients, their families, and other members of the care team.
