In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate books and ledgers with supporting documentation. You will file monthly/quarterly GST returns, maintain compliance records, and coordinate with external consultants. Additionally, you will prepare documents for internal and external audits. Your key responsibilities will also include assisting with budget creation, tracking fund allocation, and creating summary dashboards for management using Excel/Google Sheets. You will support cash flow planning and prepare capital utilization reports. To improve efficiency, you will automate repetitive accounting tasks using available software and suggest workflow improvements. Qualifications & Skills: - Educational: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred) - Technical Skills: 3 years of accounting experience, knowledge of GST filing and audit preparation, proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and willingness to learn AI-based accounting tools - Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong time management, clear communication, teamwork, fast learner, and problem-solving mindset Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
