Location: Vivekananda Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Sirkazhi

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Canteen Master to manage our school canteen and prepare healthy, tasty meals for students and staff.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food for large groups (students & staff).
• Specialize in South Indian dishes with good taste and hygiene.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper food safety in the kitchen.
• Manage kitchen helpers and maintain daily operations smoothly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mass cooking (schools, hostels, hotels, or catering).
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and punctuality.
