Education Bachelor’s Degree/ Post graduation from any recognized university/ college Experience Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in diagnostic imaging market of India. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets and had previous experience as a sales and marketing executive in diagnostic imaging market of India Job Duties Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Leading sales organization effectively in order to achieve sales targets Communicating and making presentations to customers Desired Competencies Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrates the ability to create best practices correlating various organizational aspects with a far-sight to identify possible opportunities leading to market leadership. Has the ability to initiate change, extensively cover the scope and challenges to create consistent long term organizational value. Innovation & Creativity: Ability to assess multi-functional aspects and indicate prospective range of ideas/options for improvement by continuous questioning and experimentation. Encourages and influences the culture of innovation within inter and intra teams to create alternate strategies with minimized conflicts for mutually favorable outcomes by connecting with stakeholders Coaching & Development: Understands which competencies if developed will lead to organization's next level of growth.
