The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to colleagues. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position. Responsibilities Report to the Centre Head and provide optimal support for the smooth functioning of the Centre. Maintain document filing system, contact database, employee list, and medicine and other supplies inventory. Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting visitors as they enter the centre, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
