You will be responsible for designing, conducting, and documenting a comprehensive study on canine behaviour before and after Animal Birth Control (ABC) surgeries at The Canine Control and Care Trust (CCC). Your duties will include conducting behavioural observations, designing and implementing study protocols, collecting and analyzing data, collaborating with team members, and reporting findings. Additionally, managing equipment and interactions with the community will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, conducting, and documenting a comprehensive study on canine behaviour before and after ABC surgeries - Conducting behavioural observations and collecting data - Designing and implementing study protocols - Analyzing data using tools such as SPSS, R, and Excel - Collaborating with team members and reporting findings - Managing equipment and interactions with the community Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in veterinary sciences, Animal Behaviour, Biology, Zoology, or a related field (MSc degree preferred) - Experience in field observation and behavioural data collection - Experience in designing small-scale behavioural studies - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, and Excel - Excellent observational, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with local teams If you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter (maximum 1 page) to admin@caninecontrolandcare.org with the subject line "Researcher - Dog Behaviour Study."
