Key Responsibilities: Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports. Assist in payroll preparation and tax filings. Generate accurate financial statements and management reports on a monthly/quarterly basis. Support external auditors during financial audits. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
