The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of forklifts, warehouse equipment, and other material handling solutions. Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Conduct field visits to industrial customers across the assigned territory. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Godrej MHE products (Electric, Diesel & Warehouse Equipment). Prepare and submit quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and product presentations. Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery timelines, and order execution. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by management. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Coordinate for product demos, trials, and site surveys. Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues. Regularly update CRM/management with daily reports, visit logs, and sales pipeline. Skills & Competencies Required Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand industrial equipment and technical specifications. Good relationship-building and customer-handling abilities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independent field work. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Education & Experience Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. 3–8 years of experience in industrial sales , preferably in forklifts, MHE, capital equipment, or B2B sales. Freshers with exceptional communication and interest in field sales may also be considered.
