Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with expertise in campus and corporate recruitment, senior-level hiring and team management.

Location - Bhayandar,Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead campus recruitment initiatives, coordinate with placement cells and organise hiring drives.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and reports Independently handle recruitment for senior, managerial and critical positions.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, salary negotiations and joining follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 recruiters, including Senior Recruiters.
