Campaign Developer or Analyst - Marketing

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and execute campaign build and deployment for major direct marketing efforts (direct mail, email SMS) as well as smaller, trigger-based programs within the framework of the overall contact strategy
• Work on adobe journey optimizer and orchestrated campaign built omni channel campaigns and/or Journeys validate and deploy
• This individual will use their knowledge of the customer and data to assist in providing direction and campaign executions designed to drive up engagement and enrollment into our products
• Assess and interpret needs and requirements of our partners
• Provide actionable insight by giving explanation and interpretation of data to support dept and business unit needs
• Maintain a strategic relationship with business partners and Marketing Managers to develop deeper understanding of their business and goals, suggest new strategies
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years experience using campaign management tool i.e. Adobe Journey Optimizer(AJO), Adobe Marketo and CJA
• Solid working knowledge of using SQL to query data in relational databases is preffered
• AI Persona - User/Developer
• Hands-on on Adobe Marketo and AEP is preferred
• Marketing analysis background with solid business foundation, especially in campaign generation in Health care is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Knowledge on Tableau/PowerBi and Salesforce / ExactTarget email deployment is preferred

Preferred Qualification:

• A background in the healthcare industry
