Role Summary:

SGIS is seeking a skilled and passionate Physics & Chemistry Teacher to teach Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A-Level curriculum. The candidate must have prior experience with the CAIE (Cambridge) syllabus and be capable of delivering high-quality instruction in both subjects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physics, Chemistry, or related field
• Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed)
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching CAIE IGCSE and A-Level Physics & Chemistry
• Strong understanding of Cambridge assessment patterns and lab work
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics and Chemistry at IGCSE and A-Level
• Prepare lesson plans, conduct practicals, and assess student performance
• Guide students for board exams and academic competitions
• Participate in school events, training, and department planning
