Calling Auditor

As a Calling Auditor (Entry-Level) at NyxGen Transitions in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of customer service or sales calls. Your responsibilities will include auditing recorded/live calls, identifying areas for improvement, maintaining audit reports, and providing feedback to enhance performance. Your attention to detail, good listening and communication skills, along with a basic understanding of computer systems will be key to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you need to be a graduate or 12th pass with no prior experience required as training will be provided. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and cab facility. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday, in a night shift or US shift schedule.
