Call Executive for Dental Clinics:
Non-Negotiable criteria:
- Smartness to handle different and multiple patient calls and schedule appointments
- Make follow up calls to all patients
- Empathetically answer and resolve patient queries and concerns over calls
- Contribute to make the patient call experience more pleasant and improve it everyday.
- Multitask with MS word and excel reports
- Kind , Humane, Empathetic and Smart as personality
- English, Kannada and Hindi
