Call Centre Operator

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hospital services, appointments, and patient queries.
• Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, OPD/IPD services, and hospital facilities.
• Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
• Record and update patient details in the hospital system.
• Coordinate with various departments for quick resolution of patient concerns.
• Maintain call logs, reports, and service quality standards.
• Ensure a polite, empathetic, and professional approach while interacting with patients.
