Job Description: You will be joining The Sight Avenue in their mission to redefine patient care and restore vision worldwide as a Call Centre / Media Executive. Your role will be crucial in providing patients with comfort, one-stop vision-related solutions, affordable treatment options, and better outcomes for clear vision. Your excellent English communication skills and pleasant personality will be essential for effectively handling calls and media interactions to support and assist patients. Additionally, as a Consultant in Vitero Retina, you will be expected to be confident in all VR surgical procedures and Cataract Surgeries, contributing to enhancing the quality of life for patients. Key Responsibilities: - Handle calls and media interactions effectively to provide support and assistance to patients - Assist in providing one-stop vision-related solutions to patients - Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction - Collaborate with the experienced team of doctors to support patients by all possible means - Confidently perform VR surgical procedures and Cataract Surgeries to ensure the best outcomes for patients Qualifications Required: For Call Centre / Media Executive: - Any Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience - Good English communication skills and a pleasant personality required - Experience in the Medical, Banking, or Aviation sector preferred For Consultant in Vitero Retina: - MBBS, MS/DNB (Ophthalmology), Post Fellowship (VR) qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience, with confidence in all VR surgical procedures and Cataract Surgeries,
