CAD Engineer Faculty Civil (BIM)

As a CAD Engineer Faculty specializing in Civil (BIM) at CADCENTER IEE in North Paravur, Cochin, Ernakulam, Kerala, your primary responsibility will be to provide training on civil CAD and BIM tools to students and professionals. You will play a key role in delivering classroom and online training sessions on software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and STAAD.Pro. Additionally, you will be required to prepare training materials, lesson plans, and project assignments, ensuring that the syllabus is covered effectively. Your role will involve offering academic support to students, addressing their queries, evaluating their progress through practical assignments and exams, and encouraging hands-on experience through project-based learning. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest trends in BIM and construction design technologies to deliver high-quality training sessions. Collaboration with other trainers and technical staff to maintain quality standards is essential. Moreover, you will be expected to support marketing efforts through seminars, webinars, and workshops organized by CADCENTER. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, possess proficiency in various CAD and BIM tools, and exhibit strong communication and presentation skills. While teaching or mentoring experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. An independent working style, passion for education and student development, and the ability to work well in a team are highly valued qualities. Knowledge of additional tools such as Lumion, SketchUp, or Primavera, as well as certification in BIM or related tools, will be advantageous. The willingness to upgrade skills and adapt to market trends is also essential for this role. The salary for this position will be based on qualifications and experience.
