CAD Draughtsman/woman

1. Prepare Detailed Drawings:

• Create accurate and detailed architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings using drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Interpret architectural and engineering sketches and specifications to produce comprehensive construction drawings.

2. Collaboration:

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate design elements into construction plans.
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless project execution.

3. Site Visits and Inspections:

• Conduct site visits to assess progress and accuracy of construction work in relation to the drawings.
• Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction and make necessary revisions to drawings.

4. Drafting Standards:

• Maintain consistency in drafting standards and ensure that all drawings are clear, legible, and organized.
• Develop and adhere to the company's or project-specific drafting guidelines.

5. Quality Control:

• Perform quality checks on drawings to identify errors or omissions before submission to construction teams.
• Assist in reviewing and approving shop drawings and submittals from contractors.

6. Communication:

• Effectively communicate design intent through drawings and documents to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to clarify design details and address inquiries

7. Problem-Solving:- Identify and resolve design-related issues, offering creative solutions when necessary. - Work with the project team to make modifications and adjustments to drawings as required.

8. Time Management:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines for the delivery of drafting work. - Prioritize tasks based on project schedules and urgency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Design & Drafting: 2 years (Preferred)
