Job Title: Junior Accountant / Finance Executive (CA/CMA) Location: [Hyderabad] Experience: 0 – 2 Years Qualification: CA / CMA (Qualified or Semi-qualified) Industry: [Manufacturing / FMCG / IT / Consulting / Financial Services] Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with up to 2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS). · Support month-end and year-end closing processes. · Assist with tax filings – GST, TDS, and Income Tax. · Conduct variance analysis for budgets vs. actuals. · Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts. · Assist with internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely submission of data and resolution of audit queries. · Help in preparing cost reports and profitability analysis (especially for CMA roles). · Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. · Coordinate with cross-functional departments for financial data collection and reporting. Required Skills: · Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. · Good understanding of direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS). · Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems. · Attention to detail and analytical mindset. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred: · Internship or article-ship experience in audit firms or corporate finance. · Exposure to costing or management accounting (for CMA applicants).
