The role requires excellent leadership abilities to guide and manage a team, ensuring timely delivery of tasks within predefined deadlines.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounting, auditing, and financial statement finalization.Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Monitor and implement robust accounting procedures, internal controls, and best practices.Prepare and review reconciliations, provisions, adjustments, and financial schedules.Generate and analyze financial reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP to support strategic decision-making.Lead, mentor, and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring productivity and adherence to timelines.Liaise with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional departments for smooth business operations.Ensure statutory compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.________________________________________Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of auditing, accounting standards, and financial processes.Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP (mandatory).Proven experience in team handling, delegation, and supervision.Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
