Job Title: CA Fresher - Manager Accounts Receivables (SAP HANA) Location: Kurla, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled CA Fresher - Manager Accounts Receivables (SAP HANA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and the GBSS team to understand business requirements, help design solutions, and ensure the smooth implementation of SAP HANA. This role involves overseeing the implementation of SAP FI & SD solutions, providing ongoing support, and improving A/R processes through technology and quality improvements. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and implementation partners, to understand and define business requirements for SAP HANA implementation. Manage and oversee the implementation of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Ensure smooth integration of SAP HANA with existing systems and processes for efficient accounts receivable management. Analyze and improve accounts receivable processes using SAP HANA technology, enhancing automation, accuracy, and efficiency. Provide end-user training and support to finance teams regarding SAP functionalities and best practices. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to accounts receivable in SAP HANA, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption. Assist in generating financial reports and analytics using SAP HANA to support business decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements. Stay updated with SAP HANA advancements and industry trends to enhance the efficiency of financial operations. Qualifications & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher with strong academic performance. Knowledge of SAP HANA, specifically SAP FI & SD modules, is preferred. Strong understanding of accounts receivables, financial processes, and compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and financial reporting tools. Preferred Skills: Experience in SAP ERP implementation or internships related to SAP HANA is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams to optimize financial processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
