C & Python Trainer

As a C & Python Programming Trainer at Quad Education, your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting engaging training sessions in C Programming and Python - Designing lesson plans, coding exercises, and assessments - Guiding students through mini-projects and practical coding challenges - Providing feedback, tracking performance, and documenting progress - Working with the academic team to ensure the smooth execution of the program - Staying up to date with programming trends and incorporating them into teaching To be successful in this role, you should have: - Strong knowledge of C (DS, pointers, file handling, etc.) and Python (OOP, libraries, exception handling) - Excellent communication and mentoring skills - Ability to simplify complex topics for a student audience - Prior experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or Corporate Instructor - Exposure to project-based or outcome-based learning models Eligibility Criteria: - Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field - Experience: Minimum 2 years in teaching/training or industry exposure in C & Python - Certifications (Optional): Python or Software Development certifications preferred Join Quad Education to contribute to meaningful skill development initiatives, work at the intersection of education and industry, and enjoy travel and stay expenses covered.
