Job Description

Role Overview: As a skilled developer, you will creatively develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options to optimize application development, maintenance, and performance. You will employ design patterns and reuse proven solutions to interpret application feature and component designs accurately. Your role involves coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product component and feature development stages. Additionally, you will validate results with user representatives, integrate and commission the overall solution, and select/create appropriate technical options for development. Your contributions will optimize efficiency, cost, and quality, influencing and improving customer satisfaction and employee engagement within project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret application feature and component designs to develop them according to specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product component and feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives, integrate, and commission the overall solution - Select and create appropriate technical options for development, such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguring existing components, while creating unique solutions for new contexts - Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction - Influence and improve employee engagement within project teams - Set FAST goals for yourself and the team, and provide feedback on team members" FAST goals - Adhere to engineering processes and coding standards - Adhere to project schedules and timelines - Uncover technical issues during project execution - Identify defects in the code and post-delivery - Address non-compliance issues - Monitor and achieve voluntary attrition targets - Complete mandatory compliance trainings on time Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in C Programming and Data Structures (mandatory) - Good to have a storage background - Hands-on exposure to Debugging Tools (GDB), Multithreading, and IPC Mechanisms - Proficient in developing user interfaces, business software components, and data models - Ability to estimate time and effort required for developing/debugging features/components - Knowledge of programming languages, DBMS, and operating systems - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methods - Experience with IDEs, RAD, and modelling technologies - Understanding of software development life cycle - Broad knowledge of customer domains and deep knowledge of subdomains - Ability to break down complex problems into logical components - Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure - Experience in managing teams, mentoring, and handling people-related issues - Proven track record of meeting deliverables timely with a quality product Please note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
