Job Description

We are looking for skilled and dependable Mobile Repair Technicians to join our field team in Delhi/NCR. As a Buzzmeeh Technician, you will visit customers at their location to check and fix smartphones, making sure they get the best service and are happy with the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Go to customer homes or offices to fix mobile phones.
• Find out what’s wrong with the phone and fix it.
• Be polite and professional while meeting customers.
• Note down the repairs done and parts used.
• Finish each job on time.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in mobile phone repair (Android and iPhone are a plus).
• Good understanding of phone parts and how to fix issues.
• Must have a bike for travel.
• Able to talk clearly and deal well with customers.
• Willing to travel to different places in Delhi.
