Bussiness Development Manager

This is the responsibility I would assign to the person.

Primary responsibilities

• Identify potential domestic and international clients requiring software development.
• Research companies, industries and decision-makers.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, business directories, networking and other B2B channels.
• Contact CEOs, founders, CTOs, business owners and procurement heads.
• Arrange online and offline meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and project presentations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and negotiate commercial terms.
• Close software development contracts and maintain client relationships.
• Develop strategic partnerships with IT consultants, agencies and technology companies.
• Maintain a CRM with leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and deal status.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.

Important: The candidate must have experience selling IT services, not just selling products or generating telemarketing leads.

Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sarita Vihar, Delhi, Delhi
