Business Systems Analyst - IT Procurement

Role Overview: As a Business Systems Analyst at Motorola Solutions, you will play a key role in understanding business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional IT and business teams, and utilizing your expertise in Coupa to provide robust and futuristic solutions. You will be accountable for supporting and enhancing Indirect Procurement and Risk Assess modules globally within the Enterprise Core Technology group. Key Responsibilities: - Manage key processes such as Catalog management, Project and non-project based procurement, Approval workflows, Accruals, and Supplier collaboration through CSP, cXML, SAN - Oversee Coupa integrations with Oracle ERP, Vertex, Workday, ServiceNow, and other boundary applications - Work with internal and external IT teams to adopt best practices for simplifying user experience - Debug the system for issues, provide management summaries in business terms regarding issues, root causes, and next steps - Thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in US and EMEA time zones Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2P, SIM, Core, CRA modules, including integration touchpoints with Oracle ERP - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and self-starting attitude Additional Company Details: Motorola Solutions values a people-first and community-focused culture, empowering all employees to be their authentic selves and deliver their best work for a safer world.
