We are seeking applications for the position of Account Executive for the Systems BL Projects. - Noida
Missions/Main Duties:
- Co-odinate/ assist in raising of the Client invoice/ collection etc. of all projects of the SYSTEMS BL in addition to supporting on record keeping of all BG, PII, submitted and received from our vendors.

Keeping track of vendor payments and invoices

Mange System BL/ project accounts

Takeup employee timesheet imputing

Support general administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organising travel arrangements, preparing meeting minutes, coordinating office supply inventories, and assisting with events and workshop logistics.

Handle routine office correspondence, prepare and format reports and presentations, and facilitate communications between project teams, external partners, and clients and imputing timesheets of assigned employees.

Prepare PPT and assist the PMO in their day to day operations
Profile/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/ Engg./ Science

Min. 1+ years of experience
