Business / Sales Head US IT Staffing

Job Summary

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Business Head to build and scale our US IT staffing business from Hyderabad. The role involves direct US client acquisition, business development, recruitment delivery, operations, team leadership, revenue growth and overall P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:

  Develop growth strategies, acquire direct US end clients, manage the sales cycle and build strategic partnerships.

• Staffing Operations:

  Lead US IT staffing and recruitment delivery from India, ensuring quality, productivity, fulfillment and client satisfaction.

• P&L Management:

  Own revenue, margins, budgets, operating costs, commercial negotiations and profitability.

• Team Leadership:

  Build and manage sales, recruitment and operations teams, establishing clear KPIs and scalable processes.

• Business Expansion:

  Explore opportunities in dedicated engineering teams, Technology Consulting and Managed Services.

• Strategic Planning:

  Work with the CEO on business growth, operational excellence and expansion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of professional experience, including at least 12 years in US IT Staffing and 5 years in senior leadership roles. Proven success in acquiring direct US clients, scaling staffing businesses, managing recruitment delivery and leading sales and operations teams. Strong P&L ownership, knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099, direct hire and MSP/VMS), commercial negotiation and business development skills are essential.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Business Heads, VPs, COOs, Directors or Business Unit Heads with established US client relationships, an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven record of profitable business growth.
