Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a confident, target-oriented Business Relationship Manager with proven sales experience to develop client relationships, generate business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate business leads through calls, references and other channels.
• Handle sales activities and convert potential leads into clients.
• Understand client requirements and explain the company's legal services.
• Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Handle client queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain client databases and prepare daily sales reports.
• Develop strategies to improve client retention and revenue.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Proven sales and client-handling skills.
• Good business development and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales is mandatory.
• Experience in business development, direct sales, field sales or client relationship management preferred.
• Experience in legal services, financial services or banking is an added advantage.

Important Requirements

• Candidates must have previous sales experience.
• Target-oriented candidates are preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
