The main purpose of this role is to ensure effective communication with clients, either through emails or telephonic conversations, to keep them informed regularly. Your excellent communication skills will be essential for efficiently managing client interactions. Your responsibilities will include client servicing, client relationship management, client engagements, and internal client communications. You will also be responsible for executing office procedures and systems, such as filing, billing, and reporting to relevant departments on administrative and operational matters. We are looking for a highly organized professional with administrative experience who can handle day-to-day office operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. You will support the Manager in implementing client services procedures and ensure efficient office management and organization. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi languages is required, along with experience in client communication and coordination. The ability to work collaboratively within a team is essential for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with day, fixed, and morning shift schedules. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in operations. Please note that the work location for this role is in person.,
