In the SAP Adoption Service Center, we are seeking an experienced Business Process Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in delivering successful end-to-end customer-centric projects, particularly in the Manufacturing industry. **Role Overview:** As a Business Process Techno-Functional Consultant, you will leverage your deep product expertise and business experience to lead implementation and development projects. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Supporting SAP's Manufacturing Industry customers with S/4 HANA implementation, focusing on S/4 HANA ABAP. - Understanding customer requirements and delivering high-quality consulting solutions using appropriate technology and best practices. - Assisting customers in adopting SAP best practices, optimizing processes, and implementing optimized solutions. - Collaborating effectively with colleagues in different locations and contributing to the success of customer projects. - Providing thought leadership, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the use of the latest technology to enhance industry solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Must possess SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience from the Prepare/Explore phase to the Run phase. - Proficiency in ABAP, OO ABAP, HTML5, SAP UI5, FIORI, and OData. - Experience in leading teams and driving initiatives. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, and decision-making skills. - Process knowledge of SAP modules such as Production Planning (PP), Embedded Production Planning & Scheduling (ePP/DS), and Production Engineering & Operation (PEO). **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 8 years of techno-functional consulting experience in SAP. - 2 to 3 end-to-end implementation project experiences in a customer-facing role in the manufacturing sector. - Proven ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. - Previous experience in a team lead role providing mentoring and leadership. - Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. - Highly motivated, team player with a focus on high performance and continuous learning. **Additional Company Details:** SAP is a global leader in enterprise application software and related services, focusing on database, analytics, intelligent technologies, and experience management.
