Job Description Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. You will collaborate closely with the Application Architect to create process blueprints, establish business process requirements, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive application requirements and metrics. You will also assist in quality management reviews, ensure that business and design requirements are met, and educate stakeholders on the designs to ensure full understanding. Roles & Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert (SME) : Expected to lead and manage the team to ensure high performance. Team Decision-Making : Responsible for making critical decisions that impact the team and the broader project. Cross-Team Collaboration : Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and deliver successful outcomes. Process Development & Documentation : Develop and maintain business process models, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive. Process Improvement : Identify and recommend solutions for process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process requirements and ensure they are translated into actionable plans. Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure business processes comply with industry standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) : Strong proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes. Business Process Design : Experience in designing and optimizing business processes, especially related to maintenance operations. Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to process improvement. Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication skills to manage and educate stakeholders throughout the process. Good-to-Have Skills: SAP S/4HANA : Experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA versions, enhancing process optimization. Business Process Modeling Tools : Familiarity with tools such as ARIS or Visio for business process modeling. Additional Information: Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) . Education : A 15 years full-time education is required.
