Job Summary: As a Business Process Architect , you will leverage your deep knowledge of business processes to analyze and design innovative solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements, create business process documentation, and implement new processes and technologies. This role requires a strong background in SAP EWM, process optimization, and business process modeling, as well as the ability to influence decisions across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as a deep subject matter expert with extensive knowledge and experience, particularly in SAP EWM. Influence & Advisory: Apply your advisory skills to guide teams and business stakeholders on process improvements and technology solutions. Team Decision Making: Take ownership of team decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams, contributing to key business decisions that affect cross-functional processes. Business Process Design: Develop and implement innovative business process solutions tailored to business needs, with a focus on SAP EWM and related systems. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and use cases. Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency and optimization across the business. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) . Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques. Hands-on experience with business process reengineering and optimization. Deep knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Additional Skills: Excellent influencing and advisory skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across multiple business areas. Experience Requirements: Minimum 15 years of experience in business process design, with a focus on SAP EWM . Proven track record in business process optimization and reengineering . Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define business solutions.
