Business Manager– Transaction Banking (MSME)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Build Primary Banking relationships and increase CASA, transaction flows and fee income from MSME customers.
• Drive and grow insurance products business and fee income from MSME customers
• Build Primary Banking relationships with MSME customers by increasing CASA balances, insurance penetration (GI/HI/LI/CSLI), current account activation, transaction flows, digital collections and payment solution adoption.
• Drive the MSME Transaction Banking proposition across current accounts, CMS, QR, POS, UPI, Payment Gateway, virtual accounts, payment and collection solutions, Trade and Forex referrals, and relationship deepening initiatives.
• Enable revenue and customer stickiness by partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, Digital Banking, Branch Banking and service teams to improve wallet share, retention, fee income and digital transaction adoption.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in Business Banking or related field.
• Strong understanding of Product Development, Sales Strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Payment Gateways, UPI, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Cash Management Services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams.
