Business Manager - Design

As a Business Manager - Design, you will be responsible for managing the designing process for 12 to 15 projects on a monthly basis, overseeing a team of 6 to 10 designers. Your key focus will be on enhancing design productivity by providing necessary trainings and facilitating design discussions to ensure high-quality output. Your role will involve: - Managing the design projects effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards. - Supervising and optimizing the productivity of a team of designers. - Prioritizing customer experience and maintaining strong relationships with clients. - Monitoring the design Net Promoter Survey results to gauge customer satisfaction. - Providing technical training to designers as needed to enhance their skills. - Leading and managing design discussions to foster creativity and collaboration. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in B.Arch or B.Interior Design, along with additional qualifications such as Masters or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Interior Design or Project Management and a proven track record of successfully leading at least 10 Residential/Interior projects from start to finish.,
