Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Manager – Business Development to manage business development and sales activities for ProtaStructure structural design software. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, product demo coordination, sales negotiations, order processing, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Identify potential clients, including structural consultants, engineering firms, and fabricators.
• Manage client follow-ups and coordinate product demonstrations and software trials.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and accounts teams for demos, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and regular sales activity reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or software sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience in lead generation, client follow-ups, and CRM management.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities independently.
• Experience in engineering or structural design software sales is an added advantage.
