Business Intelligence Developer(QlikSense/Informatica)

As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex multi-system applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient ETL processes using tools such as Informatica for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Developing and testing reports using QlikSense reporting tools. - Migrating ETL artifacts between environments. - Working with the Product Owner and BI team to understand business objectives and translating data requirements into technical specifications. - Optimizing and troubleshooting ETL workflows to ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability in batch and real-time processing environments. - Developing and enforcing data quality, profiling, and validation checks throughout ETL pipelines. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation for ETL processes, data flow diagrams, and architecture. - Participating in code reviews, promoting best practices, and contributing to improving development standards. - Ensuring compliance with data governance, security policies, and privacy regulations. - Leading complex ETL troubleshooting efforts in production environments involving large datasets and multi-source systems. - Performing rapid root cause analysis on data integrity issues, performance bottlenecks, job failures, and unexpected data flow anomalies. - Working cross-functionally with DBAs, infrastructure teams, DevOps, and data consumers to resolve production incidents. - Leading post-mortems for critical incidents and designing permanent corrective actions. - Maintaining strong SLAs and ensuring compliance with data governance, audit, and security standards. - Continuously exploring and implementing modern data engineering tools and practices. - Interacting with the BI team to understand the source data. - Architecting and designing data warehouse structures for global usage and 24/7 availability. - Demonstrating strong knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL. - Incorporating appropriate data security throughout all development efforts. - Consistently seeking opportunities for improvement and providing/receiving feedback constructively. - Resolving conflicts with little assistance. - Exemplifying the company's Mission Statement and Quality Policy and proactively working to improve the company's image and culture. In terms of qualifications, you should have: - A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or another relevant field. - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. - Outstanding academics. - Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutions. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in driving projects to effective and timely completion. - Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica and Talend. - Experience with QlikSense reporting suite. - Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large team or departmental setting.,
