Job Description

The company is looking for an individual with prior experience in business development. This role typically involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. The compensation for this position is based on a commission structure. In other words, your earnings are directly tied to your ability to successfully close deals or generate leads for the company. Your payment will be determined by the number of leads you successfully convert into customers or sales. The more deals you close, the higher your earnings will be. Candidates have the flexibility to choose their work arrangement. This can be full-time, part-time, or even on a freelance basis, depending on your availability and preferences. Instead of a fixed salary, your main source of income in this role will be the commissions you earn from your successful business development efforts. The company will not supply you with leads or potential customers. It will be your responsibility to identify and generate your own leads and then work on converting them. While you won't receive leads, you will be given a brief orientation about the company. This will provide you with some foundational knowledge about the organization, its products or services, and its goals to help you in your business development efforts.
