Business Development-Sales(Night shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, promoting medical billing services, and building long-term business relationships with healthcare providers, particularly in the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential clients in the medical billing and healthcare industry.
• Promote medical billing, medical coding, and revenue cycle management (RCM) services.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and physician practices.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable service offerings.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the business development team to convert leads into clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Work in the night shift to communicate with clients in the US time zones.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or US healthcare services is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads, manage follow-ups, and close sales.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing processes and the US healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in selling medical billing services, healthcare outsourcing, or RCM solutions to US healthcare clients will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
