Job Description:

Location: Pune

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Professionals with 1+ years of experience in Banking, Finance,transport or Courier companies to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate should have a strong industry network, a proven sales track record, and in-depth knowledge of logistics and international trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for sea freight (LCL and FCL) services.
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, client visits, referrals, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, and existing clients.
• Promote the company's sea freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Prepare and negotiate competitive freight quotations with customers.
• Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to offer suitable shipping solutions.
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to convert them into business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sea freight rates.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and business development records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–3 years in Sea Freight Sales or Freight Forwarding Sales.
• Qualification: Any Graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
